Physical therapy is for people who are injured or who have pain that causes them to have a hard time with movement and activities. A comprehension evaluation by a licensed physical therapist will be completed on your initial appointment. Following evaluation, a treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs.

Physical therapy often involves recurring treatment sessions (1-2 times a week for 4-6 weeks) during which your therapist will use physical methods like joint, muscle, and nerve movements and exercise to treat your pain and movement.Your therapist will also teach you about what is causing your pain and movement difficulties. Your therapist will show you how to improve your posture and the way you move to prevent further injury.
